Very friendly, attentive students and teachers, great presentation. Food ★★★★ Service ★★★★★ Value ★★★★★ Interior ★★★★★ Need booking beforehand! The construction works on the roads near the airport make the access to the ITS a little bit difficult. Infrastructure Malta is nearby😆.

What a culinary experience! You will be surprised by the price🍴 The Voyage Restaurant is a restaurant ran by students at ITS Malta. Let's start by talking about the service, really nice and attentive staff, they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our evening (is hope they got great grades). Wine prices very reasonable. The food. It was a 5 course tasting menu: 1. Prawns and cured ham 2. Goat cheese and roast vegetables 3. Pappardelle (flambé) 4. Slow cooked lamb chump and braised lamb shoulder 5. Dessert - caramel banana and another one from a selection of desserts. I cannot comment about each course, because it would be a very long post. Everything was tasting delicious, if I did not know where I was, I would have thought I'm in a high end restaurant. Not only things were cooked to perfection, the combination was original and each plate made you curious for the next one. It also helped to have 2 flambés. The 5 course tasting dinner menu was for only €17.00 (£15.30) . You have to book earlier on the ITS website, the menu is also available on the website. Well done to all of the students and lectures. Looking forward to eat in your future restaurants or wherever you will be 😉
