We visited this restaurant on the 4th March 2026. We were taken aback by the setting and how lovely it was. We settled down for a drink and to decide what we were going to have food wise. Initially we didn’t think anything of the waitress (Rebecca) ‘encouraging’ us to order food straight away until I headed to the toilet and she approached my wife saying ‘it’s very important you order food.’ My wife felt a bit threatened and uncomfortable. As it was we ordered food with the service leaving a lot to be desired. The food itself was good. Well presented and tasty but not exceptional. We ordered at least 3 more drinks each on top of the meal but observed the waitress turn customers away who just wanted to have drinks; tell others they could only sit down if they were ordering food. We later found out online they expect a minimum spend of €25! Before leaving we observed the waitress to possibly be leaving shift and light up a cigarette and stand next to the tables smoking. A lovely place, so picturesque at nighttime but sadly spoiled by the service and expectation and pressure from waiting on staff.

The experience is was really good. The outdoor seating on the stairs capture really nice vibes. The service was friendly and fast. Can be crowded but luckily we got the table without reservation. Food was good I would say nothing extraordinary but was worth the money.

We had seen this place online before even arriving and made a note to visit. The place was busy each night and along with the great reviews we thought we were in for something great. We were pretty disappointed. The service was great along with the atmosphere but the food was just fine. We both ordered pizza and both were your standard pizza but both a big soggy on the bottom. I had a chciken pizza but it really lacked flavour, could have done with more herbs or more bbq sauce. Friend had the vegetarian and this was also prettt wet and again needed 'something' to give it some taste. The sizes of the pieces were not uniform so there were thin slices zucchini and big pieces of peppers etc Even with black pepper, chili flakes we both found it just OK. As we were waiting we noticed each table was offered a free liquor (lemoncello), this courtesy wasn't offered to us which seemed pretty rude. We hadn't ordered alcoholic drinks with the meal but we had ordered non alcoholic ones. With the tables being packed so close together, you can hear everyone talking word for word and if the table next to you is smoking then (depending on the wind) that blows over your table when your trying to eat.
