We visited the Rooftop restaurant for my birthday dinner, and had a magical evening. We decided to take the tasting menu , and I must say it was a great choice. A lovely multi course experience of amazing dishes, made from the highest quality ingredients played and served perfectly. The staff were very attentive and the service was always at a high level. And then we get to the views over Valletta at sunset, which can’t really be described but you can see the pictures for yourself A side note that must be mentioned though: as the space is limited not all tables are facing the Dome, but you can still see nicely from anywhere. Side note 2: there was a special surprise at dessert for my birthday

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at the rooftop restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! A special thank you to the staff, especially the lovely Italian lady and the manager, Sharma — they truly made us feel special and well taken care of. Their warmth and professionalism made the celebration even more memorable. The food was delicious, the cocktails were great, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Incredible experience! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, high quality service. The food was very nice with a good variety. The view and location was of course mind-blowing. When it comes to dietary requirements, there are so many options and the staff show much care about the needs of their guests. An unexpected highlight was how amazing the drinks were. The cocktails were really well made and the wine selection was great. Overall I absolutely do recommend coming to this restaurant, the price is very reasonable considering the wonderful experience provided.
