About

Paradise Bay Lido is a relaxed seaside restaurant in Malta, combining Mediterranean cuisine with a laid-back beach atmosphere at one of the island's popular coastal spots. Located close to the ferry connections for Gozo, it is a convenient place to stop for lunch, a casual dinner, or refreshments after a day by the sea. The menu focuses on Mediterranean favourites, with straightforward dishes that suit an easy-going setting where the views and outdoor atmosphere are part of the experience. Paradise Bay Lido is particularly appealing during the warmer months, when guests can enjoy a meal with the sea nearby and take a break from exploring Malta's northern coastline. It works well for families, couples, and groups looking for an informal dining option rather than a formal restaurant experience. Whether you're spending the day at Paradise Bay, heading to or from the Gozo ferry, or simply looking for somewhere to enjoy Mediterranean food beside the water, this lido offers a practical and scenic choice. The combination of beachside dining, island views, and a relaxed atmosphere captures the easy pace of Malta's summer dining culture.

Very nice beach to spend your day. Very clean and the sunbeds are comfortable. Especially if you take the one on the terrace, which are only 2€ more expensive than the ones on the beach. Only the beachstaff… they are really rude man. I dont know what kind of training they have been given, but their attitude attracts escalation. I thought it was me, but then I saw the staff having multiple times explosive discussions with other guests. Just the way they talk to you, not polite at all. They talk to you without any manners, like you are a dog or something. And when you just ask a question, they barely answer and just point their fingers to where you can get stuff yourself. On the contrary, if you go to the restaurant they are very friendly and the food is actually good. If you want to make this place outstanding. Replace the beachstaff!!

Paradise Bay is not just a name, it really is a little paradise. We spent a wonderful day here and everything was spot on. The beach club is beautiful, with plenty of sunbed options for every taste. The VIP area deserves a special mention for the comfort and atmosphere. What stood out most was the combination of great service, excellent drinks and surprisingly good food. The fresh fish was outstanding and the oysters were honestly some of the best I've had in a very long time. A special thank you to Bali in the VIP area and CK in the restaurant. Both were professional, friendly and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout the day. The whole team was great, but they really made a difference. Thanks also to Giannis, who is clearly doing a fantastic job making sure everything runs smoothly and guests are looked after. We've visited several beach clubs around Malta, and Paradise Bay was easily one of our favourites. We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommended! We had an amazing experience and Tony made it even more special. He served us with such kindness and professionalism — always smiling, patient, and very attentive. He explained everything perfectly and gave us excellent recommendations throughout the meal. The fish was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. Tony even cleaned and prepared it in front of us, which was a fantastic touch and made the experience feel authentic and memorable. Excellent service, excellent food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely come back.
