First and foremost, compliments to the chef for delivering truly excellent food. From start to finish, every dish reflected skill, balance, and passion. We began by sharing a freshly baked focaccia, accompanied by a glass of wine — the perfect way to set the tone for the evening. For mains, I chose the lamb rump, while my wife opted for the beef tagliata. Both dishes were exceptional. The combination of ingredients was more than perfect, with flavours that worked in complete harmony. Both meats were cooked to perfection — so much so that I had to close my eyes to fully enjoy the moment, dipping each bite into the rich sauce on the plate. Service was extremely efficient, attentive without being intrusive, and everything was impeccably organised throughout the meal. We finished with a traditional Maltese bread pudding, and it was simply irresistible — truly lip-licking and the ideal ending to a memorable dinner. Castelletti delivers not just food, but a complete and refined dining experience. Highly recommended. 🍷✨

Don't go! THEY'RE SCAMMERS!! I want to share my horrible experience at this place. We check the menu and the waitress come. When she arrived, we told her we wanted two Aperols. I pointed to the menu, which I had previously asked her for, and told her I wanted the Aperol listed at €3.85. She, named Ivana, repeated it and said Aperol Spliz, to which I replied okay... When we went to pay, the bill should have been €7.70. But when she saw the receipt, she told me it was €19.90!!! to which I, incredulous, said there had been a mistake. She told me no, that we had ordered two Aperol spritz, and I showed her the menu where the prices were listed. She told me that wasn't right and that we had ordered two cocktails. I told her that wasn't true, because I clearly told her we wanted two Aperols. He was clearly scamming us, but we couldn't do anything. After a while, his colleague (or relative) came to ask if there was a problem. Smiling, they told me to pay, which I didn't refuse, but I told them I was going to file a complaint. Please DON'T COME HERE!!! because who knows how many other scammed people will leave without even confronting them. Attached photos.

GREAT PIZZA Really beautiful courtyard, a lovely place to have a romantic meal. Both waiters were very attentive and friendly, they were unfortunately run off their feet, they literally couldn’t get round everyone fast enough, the restaurant should have had a third waiter working on the night we attended. Menu offers a good selection of Maltese and Italian. We had fish soup which was excellent and traditional bruschetta which has a little bland, but there was balsamic available on the table to liven it up. We both had pizza which was really excellent stone baked, lovely dough. We had the carbonara and the palma. Over all very good, could just do with more staff
