About

Felice Brasserie in Sliema brings together European brasserie traditions with French and Italian influences in one of Malta’s most vibrant waterfront locations. Overlooking the promenade, the restaurant offers a sophisticated yet approachable setting where guests can enjoy refined cuisine while taking in the energy of daily life along the coast. It has quickly become a favourite for business lunches, elegant dinners, and leisurely weekend dining. The menu reflects the classic brasserie approach, combining fresh seafood, carefully prepared meats, handmade pasta, and seasonal ingredients with contemporary presentation. French culinary techniques sit comfortably alongside Italian flavours, creating dishes that feel polished without being overly formal. Large windows and waterfront views make Felice particularly appealing for those who enjoy people-watching while dining, whether during a relaxed afternoon lunch or an evening meal as the promenade comes alive. We went for dinner on a Saturday and got seated right away. The servers made sure to accommodate us as best as possible with a good service. We even got gloves for eating our burgers which I have never experienced at another restaurant before. We didn’t need them though. For Malta I guess it’s a bit pricier but we were not disappointed. Also the tiramisu was delicious. But next time I will share because it was quite a lot.

The seafood spaghetti was very delicious, strong garlic flavour, but you can still taste the freshness of the seafood. I think they could serve more spaghetti with it. The capriciosa pizza was a bit burnt, and it didn’t taste special for the price. Tiramisu was very delicious, and the portion was generous. Overall, the price was a bit expensive.

We came for a brunch and fell in love with the place. Everything is tidy and detail oriented. We ordered avocado toast and eggs florentine. The ingredients are fresh and small things such as rosemary in the buns and warm muffins with eggs really elevate the experience of food. For desert we tried gluten free chocolate cake which was so nicely arranged on the plate we were sorry to disrupt it with spoons. Also, try the espresso, the quality of coffee is the best we tried in our whole week on Malta! All in all, a wonderful experience and would recommend it to everyone.
