We had an absolutely incredible evening at 1Olive Rooftop Grill, located on the 10th floor of the Waterfront Hotel in Sliema. The moment we stepped onto the rooftop, we were greeted by breathtaking views that alone are worth the visit — but the night only got better from there. It was BBQ night with free-flowing beer, wine, and water, and every dish we tried was simply outstanding — fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared. The tuna was my favorite. The ambiance was warm and vibrant, enhanced by a talented local Maltese duo performing live and taking requests, which made the night feel truly special. The service was impeccable. Although we had two wonderful servers looking after us, Rikta truly went above and beyond. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Between the incredible view, delicious food, lively music, and top-notch service, this was an unforgettable dining experience. 1Olive Rooftop Grill is an absolute must when in Sliema!

We came across this rooftop on our last night in Malta and it was truly beautiful! They had Mediterranean night going out so all the food was Mediterranean inspired and apparently evedy night they have a different cuisine and unlimited drinks. There was live music going on , it was so cute . The singers would come to you and ask you what song you want played and they knew so many songs!!! All together we loved our last night there and Rikita/rikta was adorable and took care of us the whole night !!! Just one of the servers named Suhel was side talking and talked very badly to her but other then that we were having a very good last night!! Very much recommended.
