Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

• How It Works

• A user registers an account with Bookia.mt by logging in with Facebook, Gmail or through Email Registration.
• User successfully verifies their mobile number.
• User books a table at a restaurant.
• Once the user’s booking is accepted, they will be presented with their personalised referral link.
• The user can also access their referral link from their user dashboard.
• The user can share their referral link via any means they like: Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram etc.
• Should a user register their account with Bookia, book a table at a restaurant and attend, the referrer will be awarded €5.
• In order for the competition to be fair, a minimum of €15 per person must be spent at the booked restaurant
• Should the booking get cancelled or the user does not show up at the restaurant, the €5 prize will be nulled. Our team is in constant contact with restaurants to ensure that the booking was attended.
• The referrer will receive €5 for every referee that registers, books and attends.
• There is no limit imposed on the number of referrals nor on the amount they can win however funds are only released once a minimum of €25 (i.e. 5 referrals) are generated.
• Any funds earned from this promotion can be used as the user sees fit.
• Once the 5 referrals are reached, we will get in contact to obtain your bank details to transfer the funds.
• The only limit imposed in this campaign is that of the total pot of funds which can be awarded to all referrers. The total amount is €1500 (i.e. 300 referrals).
