Situated at Mriehel in the center Vecchia Napoli, offers an authentic Neapolitan experience. Vecchia Napoli is so much more than pizza. The finest ingredients are used to produce antipasti, pasta, barbecues, and stews.

Despite being a modest pizzeria, Vecchia Napoli has worked to provide its customers a wide range of affordable wines from Malta, Italy, and the New World. In addition, they have made an effort to provide an excellent selection of wines from Campania, which is a region that includes Naples as its capital.

Terrible service. The pizza was ready and was waiting for a waiter to get to table for around 2 to 3 minutes. The pizza was burnt despite asking for a whitish pizza. They did it again but honestly was the other extreme. we went at 6pm and although many staff were working, no one even bothered to come ask if everything was okay at any point. We even went to pay at the counter as no one was to be seen. Terrible experience. Music was quite loud and hearing a member of staff singing and whistling was rather unpleasant too.

The servers were amazing and should be commended. They were super busy, however remained calm, helpful and focused. Very impressive! Food was good and salad bar was a nice addition...wish there were just a couple more dishes. Also the foccacia ran out and took a while to replenish. Ambience is great...just quite loud with so Nancy people...not the fault of the company, just circumstance. On the table next to us a man was watching a video on his phone and kept making it louder...quite annoying 😒 on the whole it was great...again, servers were amazing!

The experience was good overall however I specifically asked for a place where I can watch the football match & I was really far away from the screen. Also, when some people left the restaurant & where closer to the screen I also asked to get the table replaced but did not happen even though no one came to sit at the aforementioned table. Thanks.

Complaint! I made my reservation through Bookia earlier in the week (8 June) & I received instant confirmation. Then on the day (10 June) I received a call from Vecchia Napoli asking me if I had made a reservation for the evening - which I confirmed. When we turned up at 20.45 we were taken to a table which very evidently had been propped up last minute, close to the oven and in the pathway of the waiters. This has happened to us before in another restaurant and maybe two, which leads us to believe that Bookia reservations are not always checked up by restaurants until the last day when other bookings would have already been made.

First time here and was abit disappointed. Service is a bit slow and this is because of short of staff. From what I seen was that only two waiters were operating the restaurant whilst only one of them was taking orders. I was quite surprised of how busy it was on a Wednesday evening therefore they should consider hiring more staff. I believe we waited for a little bit over an hour for our pizza to arrive and this also because there is only one pizzaiolo on duty! Another disappointment was also the pizza. I mean you can't advertise a Napolitano pizza with a high gorgeous crust and then be served a flat pizza! Definitely not value for money and unless all of the above are improved I will not be going again!

We visited on a Saturday evening. Parking was so easy and well planned. Our server, a Maltese girl was so nice and very helpful as were the other servers. The wine server, a foreigner while serving the wine spilled wine on table and around glass without apologising, on the other hand he was also nice. Food was very good. We enjoyed it. I think that prices were a bit high for the whole dining experience.
