The recently refurbished Ruben’s Drive-in Restaurant has, for the past 17 years, been ably managed by chef patron Ruben Farrugia whose 40+ years of experience in the catering industry has included international chef’s work down under. Back in the 70s and 80s, Ruben opened eight successful restaurants in Australia before relocating to Malta. Today Ruben’s Drive-in Restaurant has become synonymous with genuinely good and generous portions of a variety of foods including Mediterranean dishes, fresh seafood, grills, pasta, ribs & wings as well as a number of unique oriental dishes.
