Me and my three friends had such an amazing day at Infinity. From when we arrived the service was amazing and very attentive. Really friendly staff. Food was great quality and fresh. Particularly have to mention Krishna, he was so friendly and attentive with our party from when we sat down to as we were leaving. Have to give a special mention to the bloody marys which they made extra spicy at our request!

Pools nice, Customer service not so.. We had to wait half an hour for our food and half of it was Missing. Drinks havent been brought too... Someone spilled like half a drink and the Personal just ignored it for an hour straight.. View is nice tho

Starting from the receptionist Sagun that is politely rude (rude with smile on her face). Starting from welcoming to telling us to pack our staff. It should be written in some visible space what’s the opening times as we’ve been looking online and couldn’t find this information. It closes at 6pm. We couldn’t see the sun beds, you have to pay then go and look around for space.. means you pay don’t even knowing what you will get. We’ve been squeezed bed to bed 6 beds next to each other. 🍱 Ordered food and waited 30 mins for bruschetta! Very slow service but waiters were doing their best 👌🏽 Floors VERY SLIPPERY !! Absolutely dangerous. Flip-flops definitely recommended. Smell in bar area is like someone was sick. I assume it’s due to night parties at the pool. Pool very nice and amazing view from top. I wanted to take my sister there as 5 years ago I was a guest at Hugo’s but standard has definitely declined! I have paid same for beds at competition had an amazing pool great access to pool and amazing service and cheaper food ..so unfortunately I have to this time leave only 3 stars because of the pool area that looks on point and tasty cocktails.
