Hidden away from the hustle and bustle, this delightful restaurant is nestled amid enchanting Rabat. The name ‘L’Agape’ is inspired by the nearby catacombs, home to several Agape tables.L'Agape serves food that is seasonal and beautifully fresh. Locally harvested natural ingredients create a delightful, unadulterated food reflecting the Italian influence.
The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming yet unassuming, with splendid personal service and excellent value for money. The art gallery within the restaurant provides food for the soul, and the generous portions ensure a truly fulfilling experience.
The menu is finely curated, taking into account the freshest seasonal produce available at the time of year. Presented on a hand-written board brought to the table, the offerings tempt you with culinary selections that tantalize the tongue.
Fresh cheeses and fine cuts of meat and salumi are presented in their glass cases, all hand-selected and imported by the knowledgeable owner. A highly commendable wine list includes some superb Italian and new world options.
