This could be a great place BUT... The owner / manager totally ruined it. He sat on his phone for an hour playing YouTube / Facebook / tiktok videos annoying everyone in the place. I paid €500+ for dinner and that's the impression I left with.

My second visit here. The Swordfish Carpaccio was very fresh — thyme and olive oil each showed their flavour clearly without overwhelming the fish, and the small touch of parsley gave a clean, bright finish. Service remains professional and attentive, which makes dining here consistently enjoyable.

We had lovely evening at Acqua. Tasty food, good service. We had the tuna carpaccio, mussels and sea bass in salt, all delicious. Definitely the best restaurant in Portomaso
